About Louise Malan – Clinical Psychologist
Louise Malan has been practising as a Clinical Psychologist for 24 years (since 1994). She holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. Her areas of specialisation are adult and adolescent psychotherapy, marital/relationship problems and early childhood developmental and emotional problems. She works psychoanalytically.
After having worked in Cape Town and Cradock she practised in Port Elizabeth. From January 2018 she practises in Durbanville. She coordinated the Port Elizabeth Psychoanalytic Reading Group and wrote a blog for the PE Express. Louise is often asked to present public talks on various psychological matters.
She specializes in:
